Fixed Line Network Provider 28% Energy Saving with Massive Recurring Carbon Footprint Reduction

An energy audit company led COOLNOMIX® pilot program achieved 28% energy savings with Daikin air-conditioning units during a long-term pilot with a large telecom provider in Hong Kong.
Building on this successful pilot the client expects to achieve annual savings of over US$160,000 following a full rollout to their fixed line broadband technology sites. This saving equates to an annual carbon footprint reduction of almost 1,300,000 kg CO2e which is roughly the weight of 3 fully loaded jumbo jets.
Over the expected 10-year life of COOLNOMIX® the client can expect total savings in excess of US$ 1.6 million and a carbon reduction of around 13 million kg CO2e.
