COOLNOMIX Cool News - The National Bank of Greece. 30% plus COOLNOMIX® Energy Savings under a Hot Mediterranean Sun.

Founded in 1841, The National Bank of Greece (NBG) is a global banking and financial services company with its headquarters in Athens, Greece. In common with many banking organisations NBG are interested in reducing both their operating costs and their carbon footprint. In furthering this objective NBG commissioned Powersave, our COOLNOMIX® distribution partner in Greece to carry out two pilot energy efficiency trials on ultra-modern, inverter variable speed compressor based VRV/VRF multi-split air conditioning units during July and August 2018.

These pilots, in an NBG admin building and a banking branch delivered COOLNOMIX® savings of 32.2% and 33.2% respectively; some of the best COOLNOMIX® results achieved to date in a banking environment.

Armed with these excellent COOLNOMIX® pilot results NBG is now finalising the next steps in a planned rollout to some 700 branches across Greece and Cyprus.

The full pilot test report is available on the Distributor Section of the website.
