Dignity Health, founded in 1986, is a California-based not-for-profit public-benefit corporation that operates 40 hospitals and 400 care centers. Ranking 9th among the largest integrated delivery networks (IDNs) in the U.S., with a revenue of approximately $14.97 billion.
Since 2010, Dignity Health has successfully reduced its greenhouse gas emissions by 20% and is on track to achieve its 40% objective. Additionally, it has reverted to 27% of its electricity needs through renewable energy sources. These efforts align with its broader commitment to sustainability.
COOLNOMIX® AR-01 energy saving technology for refrigerator systems, together with PennField Consulting Group, Inc. joined their efforts in February 2025 and conducted trials at the San Luis Obispo CA. site (science refrigerator Lab) and obtained further energy savings of 25.3%, paving the way for more development throughout 2025.
